Following this morning's message, the issue that some users of ISRIA.com had when logging in has been solved in the afternoon in cooperation with our membership software's provider.

Since this afternoon, after running many tests, our log did not show any new related error. If you ever have some difficulty to log in, please contact us via email and provide us with any details that could be helpful.

Furthermore, we added a "red-pink" link on the member's area that points directly to the website. We hope this will help new users to know where to click once they logged in. If you have any suggestion, feel free to let us know.

Our log showed several users have had some problems when clicking on a link pointing to a specific page on ISRIA.com and when getting on the "login page".

We are very sorry for this inconvenience and we are doing our best, in cooperation with our software provider, to solve the issue as quickly as possible.

The issue seems to originate from an attempt by the membership software to identify the version of the OS you use. It seems to happen exclusively with Windows XP or Windows Server 2003.
