Syria - Otri: Cooperation between Syria and Iran includes all sectors and infrastructures

Meetings of 12th session of the Higher Syrian-Iranian Joint Committee started on Thursday headed by Prime Minister Mohammad Naji Otri and Iranian First Vice-President Mohammad Reza Rahimi.

"Cooperation between Syria and Iran has taken many great dimensions and included all strategic sectors such as energy, electricity, oil, industry and infrastructure," Otri told reporters.

Otri said that the two sides would discuss during the session trade exchange between the two countries with the aim of activating these exchanges in accordance with the agreements signed between Syria and Iran.

" Several new agreements and executive programs will be signed in the meetings," the Prime Minister said.

Otri added that cooperation between the two countries was clear through the agreements signed between the two sides and in a big number of projects which have started production on top Siamco Car Company, Hama Cement factory and the glass factory which will be established in the industrial city of Hasya .
